The project will examine the IAP administrative database to develop a clearer understanding of who presents to the IAP service, the different needs of various cohorts, and trends in demand over time.

Unison’s Intake Assessment and Planning (IAP) is the front door to homelessness service system in Melbourne’s inner west. The IAP service works with approximately 3000 households each year, the majority of whom first present as homeless.
